This big red from down under can beat anything out there for size. Grown by the right bloke it can take prizes here as well as in Oz. Again I wouldn't grow it for show without covers, and a little shade. I grew it all up and reached twelve inches across. It is full of petal, and I had a job finding any pollen this year because it was so overcast.
