Mayan Art is a prolific producer of flowers just like one of it's parents all flowers should be removed for it to continue to flower from mid July until the first hard frosts. This year I treated all my dahlias to a three weekly spray with a product called Roseclear. Although the name suggests it should be used on the Queen of English flowers it can be used on all ornamentals and especially on dahlias protecting them from fungal diseases and insects attacks systemically.
