The dahlias in this section are termed garden dahlias their main purpose is to fill the garden with colourful flowers. Unlike the exhibition dahlia they are grown without disbudding. Most will flower none stop from July until the frost and all that is needed is to take off the dead flowers to keep the supply coming. As well as their use in the garden a number are very useful for cut flowers. When the complete stock list is finished you will be able to click on any smaller image and be taken to a larger photograph taken in the growing area where a brief description will tell you what each can be used for. The varieties below are not in any particular order, either alphabetical or classification wise, but every one of them could be called decorative in the strict sense of the word regards their garden performance. I therefore think you will enjoy growing them in your own garden and containers.
